Terms of use
Last updated: October 19, 2026
1. Who we are
Onevia is operated by Jeremy Smith ("we", "us"). By using Onevia you are entering into an agreement with Jeremy Smith.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use Onevia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. The service
Onevia provides online planning tools for money, career, everyday life, travel, and documents. Results are estimates based on your inputs and standard formulas and are not financial, tax, legal, or medical advice. Affordability results are not loan approvals or offers of credit. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; please check it before relying on it.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate information.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Onevia, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scanning, or scraping the service; interfering with its security; reverse engineering it; reselling or redistributing it; or getting around access limits or payment requirements.
6. Intellectual property
We own Onevia and all related software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the tools you have access to. You keep ownership of the information you enter, and allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.
7. Payments
Onevia offers one-time purchases (individual tools and All Access). There are no subscriptions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy. Refunded purchases remove the related access.
8. Service availability
We work to keep Onevia running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Onevia at any time and can export your data before your account is closed.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the seller resides. Questions: contact us through your account page.
